Warsaw school events postponed, canceled ahead of stormy weather

WARSAW — Out of an abundance of caution due to the potential for severe weather this evening, Warsaw Community Schools is making adjustments to after-school activities.

All WCS practices and events must conclude by 5 p.m. Tuesday so students, staff and families can travel home before weather conditions potentially worsen.

The following schedule changes are in place:

• Quiz Bowl: Rescheduled to Wednesday, March 11 at 7 p.m.

• Middle School Wrestling Meets: Canceled

• WCHS Academic Super-Bowl: Postponed

• All other district-wide practices and events: Must conclude by 5 p.m. (Communication will come directly from coaches/buildings)

Warsaw Community Schools will continue monitoring weather conditions and will communicate any additional updates if needed.
