WARSAW — The Warsaw Area Career Center (WACC) announced the reopening of The Blue Apron, a student-operated restaurant led by culinary team Craig Streby, Eric Jacko and Victoria Heinsman.
This year, 31 new and returning culinary students are preparing to welcome guests back for the 2025–26 school year, according to a news release from Warsaw Community Schools.
The first open day will take place on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests are asked to enter through Door 10A at the Warsaw Area Career Center, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw.
To start the semester, The Blue Apron will feature a limited menu as students adjust to a full-service restaurant environment. Following the grand reopening, The Blue Apron will be open to the public most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu will expand throughout the semester, offering a variety of made-from-scratch soups, salads, sandwiches, entrées and desserts, which are all prepared and served by WACC students.
Community members, staff and guests are invited to dine in and support the students.
