Rice Dropping Out of Warsaw School Board Election

Ben Rice is pulling out of the race for Warsaw’s School Board District 7 seat this fall.

In a statement printed in the Times Union, Rice says he’s grateful for the encouragement he received in the election process, but that he is no longer actively campaigning to win the seat.

However, the deadline has passed, and his name will remain on the ballot in November. In his statement, Rice endorsed Ryan Parker for the District 7 position.
