NORTH WEBSTER — Residents in and around North Webster will likely hear some emergency sirens being tested Monday morning.
The communications company maintaining the activation of Kosciusko County’s outdoor warning sirens may need to physically test the North Webster area sirens on Monday, beginning at about 8:30 a.m., said Kip Shuter, Kosciusko County’s director of Emergency Managemnt.
The number and length of activations will be as needed. In case of inclement weather, the testing may be postponed to another date.
North Webster currently has two sirens — one near the CVS Pharmacy on the south side of town and the other near Lake City Bank on the north side.
